Vincent Career College is a college unlike any other. Vincent Career College was built on the foundation that higher education should be individualized and meet the specific goals of the student wishing to enter the workforce. In 2005, I began my journey by providing professional development and continuing education courses in the United States and abroad. I envision a world in which all individuals have access to higher education, which enables the individual to gain valuable skills to enter the workforce, advance their career or learn a new skill. Vincent Career College will continue to grow and expand our offerings until that dream comes true. In becoming a member of the Vincent Career College family, you are embarking on an online educational journey that is personal and individualized to your career goals. Our students are incredibly diverse, and we know that each of you requires personalized attention and support. History
Anita Vincent lives in Houston, Texas. Due to her work demands, she has lived in Alabama, Virginia, North Carolina, and Central Florida.
Anita first started her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant while attending undergraduate school in upstate New York where she was born and spent the early years of her adult life.
She later became a licensed nurse and worked for many years as a Staff Development and Training Director for Sava Senior Care. She then went on to work with several independent business owners as a health care consultant. She focused on training and building effective teams during acquisitions, new builds, and start-up businesses. Vincent Management Group and Associates, Inc. grew to manage over 15 healthcare organizations throughout the southeast.
Anita then founded Vincent Career Training Institute and Crown Career College. Her experience working in a variety of healthcare fields leads her to the belief that you have a better chance of operating a successful business if you invest in training passionate staff and building effective teams who adopt your culture, mission, goals, and promote your brand. While working, she consistently maintained an average of 95% employee and customer satisfaction rates.
Anita is involved in many charitable organizations. Her hobby is collecting dolls which she later donates to children in impoverished neighborhoods.
She is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and sits on many executive boards.
